MVH on tehnyt aiesopimuksen erityisryhmäkohteiden ostosta

MVH-Asunnot Oy on tehnyt Nurmijärven Kodit Oy:n kanssa aiesopimuksen, jonka tarkoituksena on selvittää kolmen erityisryhmäkohteen ostoa. Kohteet ovat valtion tukemia ARA-kohteita ja aiesopimukseen kuuluvat erityisryhmäkohteet ovat palvelutalo Nurmilintu (Rajamäentie 7), senioritalo Toimela (Heikkarinkuja 5) ja senioritalo Lumikello (Vaskomäentie 1). Kohteissa on yhteensä 138 asuntoa.
